I have drawn prolifically since the day I could pick up a crayon, mostly due to a large chunk of my childhood being spent with my Art Director/cartoonist Dad in and out of Ad Agencies.

My earliest memories are having layout pads, clapped out markers and yellowy cracked sheets of letraset thrown in front of me to keep me occupied. I loved it! I knew the difference between Helvetica and Avant Garde by the age of 6! Letraset books and Clipper files would proliferate my bedroom rather than teddies. I would while my childhood days away copying my favourite cartoon characters, developing my own and copying my Dad’s cartoons. Garfield and Asterix / Obelix are my favourites! Albert Uderzo is a genius!

I turned that passion and skill of drawing to those wonderful Adobe packages and now after 26 years of playing around many top Agencies with apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark and InDesign, I am now fluent in draw, design, retouch and suchlike.

I also still do a lot of hand drawn illustration and dabble in video software like After Effects, and skirt around the dark arts of html and coding but for the heavy video/website stuff I outsource to the real pros!

For football fans I liken my creative skills to that of a utility player in the middle of the park. Running around like crazy doing whatever’s required to get the job done. As I work from home I *could* be available 24/7 – and have been known to work silly hours long through the night – which I can do – but prefer to NOT make that a habit!
